The registration fee, which includes coffee breaks, lunches, and dinner and hotel room (including breakfast) on 20 and 21 October is:
220 Euro (200 EUR) for single room accommodation
190 Euro (170 EUR) for double room accommodation
ABCD/SIBBM members (or participants belonging to an ABCD/SIBBM member’s laboratory*) who are up-to-date with their membership fees will receive a 20 EUR discount on their registration fee.
Registration fee payments received after the deadline will be subject to a late payment charge of 30 EUR, which will be added to the total cost.
NB: The payment date is considered as the date in which payment is credited to our account (not when the payment procedure is initiated).
*To benefit from this discount, a confirmation message from the direct supervisor must be sent to dott.2011@azuleon.org.

NEW [16.09.2011]: The enormous interest in this meeting has caused it to be largely oversubscribed. Given the limited availability of rooms, you are strongly encouraged to select a DOUBLE room when processing your payment. At the moment, we cannot guarantee the availability of single rooms.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising secretariat. If accepted, cancellations within 26 September 2011 will be refunded fully, minus an administrative charge of 30 EUR; cancellations within 7 October 2011 will be refunded only by 50% of the total package price; no refunds will be provided after 7 October 2011.
